Your core needs—safety, satisfaction, and connection—are hardwired into your brain, and your well‑being depends on them being met. Discover how clarifying your values and “what matters most to you” being in alignment with your core needs can guide your day‑to‑day choices, as well as your larger life picture of living with authenticity, agency, and purpose.

Rooted in the wisdom of Positive Brain Change, the workshop is suitable as a stand-alone experience or for alumni. Participants will engage in mindful inquiry process to develop actionable strategies for living and personal growth.

Location: Manitou Art Center MAC in Manitou Springs, Colorado
