If daily challenges feel overwhelming, join us for a workshop designed to help you build awareness, connection, and resilience. You will receive practical, step-by-step guidance for addressing everyday challenges and building tools for a happier, more resilient life. Rooted in the wisdom of Positive Brain Change, the workshop is suitable as a stand-alone experience or for for alumni of “Hardwiring Happiness.” Participants will engage in mindful inquiry process to develop actionable strategies for living and personal growth.

Location: Manitou Art Center MAC in Manitou Springs, Colorado

Course Facilitator: Christina Ahlen, MA Specialized Ministry, MS, Positive Neuroplasticity Teacher certified by Neuropsychologist Dr. Rick Hanson who developed the Positive Neuroplasticity Training
